As part of the scientific days of the PATIO organized by the research unit «valorisation du Patrimoine Naturel et Agroalimentaire Tunisien par l’innovation» at the National Institute of Agri-Food of Tunis, our CEO Nizar Ben Salem held a conference.
The latter, entitled “New techniques and procedures for obtaining heritage products”, fits into the theme of the conference, namely “Reflections on processes, techniques and products, inspired by heritage, for sustainable food”.
